NYON: UEFA has extended its partnership with sports marketing agency Team Marketing in a further long-term deal.

As a result of the agreement, Team Marketing will continue as the European football federation’s exclusive agent for the global marketing of commercial rights for the Champions League, Europa League and Super Cup.

The Lucerne-based agency first worked with UEFA on developing the Champions League brand in 1992.

Team’s new contract runs from the 2015-16 season to the end of the 2020-21 season but will be extended until 2024 if the agency hits certain performance targets.
