LONDON: Jose Mourinho will begin life as Manchester United manager in the Premier League on the south coast at Bournemouth on August 13, according to the new season’s fixtures.
Pep Guardiola, the new Manchester City boss, will make his English managerial debut at home to Sunderland.
Old rivals Mourinho and Guardiola will meet first on September 10 at Old Trafford while the Portuguese Special One returns to Chelsea with United on October 22.
Opening weekend headliner will be Arsenal v Liverpool while champions Leicester start at promoted Hull.
Antonio Conte’s first assignment as Chelsea manager is a home London derby against West Ham.
Two former Southampton bosses go head-to-head at Goodison as new Everton manager Ronald Koeman plays host to Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham, while new boys Burnley are at home to Swansea and Middlesbrough welcome Stoke to the Riverside.
The season ends on May 21.
