NYON: The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has announced the following decisions:

Match: UEFA Europa League third qualifying round first-leg match between FK Partizan and Yeni Malatyaspor (3-1), played on 8 August in Serbia.
Charges against FK Partizan:
- Throwing of objects – Art. 16 (2) (b) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR)
- Setting off fireworks – Art. 16 (2) (c) DR
- Racist behaviour – Art. 14 DR
- Stairways blocked – Art. 38 Safety and Security Regulations
Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:
- to fine FK Partizan €24,250 for the throwing of objects and fireworks and for the blocking of stairways.
- to order FK Partizan to play its next two (2) UEFA competition matches as host club behind closed doors, for the racist behaviour of its supporters.

Match: UEFA Europa League third qualifying round first-leg match between PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1926 and Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace (0:1), played on 8 August in Bulgaria.
Charges against PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1926:
- Racist behaviour – Art. 14 DR
Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:
- to order a partial closure of the PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1926 stadium  during the  next one (1) UEFA competition match in which PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1926  would play as the host club, for the racist behaviour of its supporters. In particular, PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1926 shall close the sector Tribuna Sportclub.
- to order PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1926 to implement the following directive in the next UEFA competition match in which it shall play as the host club: to display a banner with the wording “#EqualGame”, with the UEFA logo on it in the Tribuna Sportclub sector.

Match: UEFA Champions League third qualifying round first-leg match between İstanbul Başakşehir FK and Olympiacos FC (0-1), played on 7 August in Turkey.
Charges against İstanbul Başakşehir FK:
- Improper conduct of the team (5 cards or more) – Art. 15(4) DR
- Abusive language against match official – Chedjou Fongang – Art. 15(1)(b) DR
- Failure to comply with the referee’s orders – Okan Buruk – Art. 15(1)(a)(iii) DR
Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:
- to fine İstanbul Basaksehir FK €5,250 for the improper conduct of the team.
- to suspend the İstanbul Basaksehir FK player Chedjou Fongang for two (2) UEFA competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for directing abusive language at a match official.
- to suspend the İstanbul Basaksehir FK coach Buruk Okan for one (1) UEFA competition match in which he would otherwise participate, for the failure to comply with the referee’s orders.
