NYON: French club Marseille and Poland’s Lechia Gdank are in trouble with European federation UEFA over possible breaches of the financial fair play regulations.

The chief investigator of the club financial control body has referred the two clubs to adjudicatory chamber.

Marseille, already under a settlement order, are alleged to have failed to comply with the conditions for the current season.

As for Lechia, the northern Poland club failed to provide the CFCB investigatory chamber with the required break-even information during the current campaign.

Not out of the woods yet are CFR Cluj, Galatasaray, FK Kairat Almaty, Maccabi Tel Aviv and FC Porto. All are under settlement regimes and monitoring is under way.
