A statement from the Serb FA said: “Slavisa Kokeza has tested positive for COVID-19, he is under medical supervision and is feeling well.
The Serb league is one of the few in Europe not to have postponed or cancelled matches, although the weekend fixtures were kicking off in empty stadiums after the government declared a crowd ban on Friday.
Businessman Kokeza, 42, has been FA president since 2016. He headed the federation’s delegation earlier this month to the annual congress of European governing body UEFA in Amsterdam.
Blanc, after testing positive, issued a message saying: “I feel pretty good right now and have only mild flu symptoms.”
The headquarters of Swiss soccer in Bern has been closed and staff who had recent contact with Blanc have received medical advice, the federation said.
UEFA is holding a meeting of all 55 national associations on Tuesday . . . by video conference.
