ZURICH / RIO DE JANEIRO: The team ‘base camps’ for the 32 teams at the World Cup have been confirmed by world federation FIFA. Only England and Holland will be based in Rio de Janeiro itself while Germany are constriucting their own purpose-built headquarters in the region of  Salvador.
