LONDON: Hill Dickinson, a Liverpool-based legal company, has secured naming rights to Everton’s new 52,888-capacity home at Bramley-Moore Dock.
Everton will move to the new ground for the start of the 2025-26 season, leaving their current home of Goodison Park. The men’s team played their final match at the old stadium on Sunday when they beat Southampton 2-0 in the Premier League.
Before the Ukraine crisis, it had been expected that one of oligarch Alisher Usmanov’s companies would secure naming rights. Usmanov’s interest ended after UK sanctions on Russia.
The club’s women’s team will make Goodison Park their new home from the start of their next season.
Everton said the partnership with Hill Dickinson, which was founded in 1810 – 68 years before the football club – is “a long-term agreement”.
Hill Dickinson chief executive officer Craig Scott said: ”To put our name to Everton’s new stadium is a once-in-a-generation opportunity.
“We believe deeply in what this project stands for – a bold, transformational vision for Liverpool and its future.”
