ABU DHABI: Brazil will play Russia in the most intriguing tie of the knockout second round at the FIFA U-17 World Cup UAE 2013 after the concluding group matches.

European champions Russia squeezed into the second round courtesy only of finishing among the four best third-placed teams, in their case in Group D.

Brazil have been outstanding. They finished undefeated in the group stage with three wins, 15 goals in favour and only two against, reason enough for their status among favourites to win the crown.
