WARSAW: Kangin Lee of South Korea voted best player at the FIFA U-20 World Cup Poland 2019 after the official awards were announced. He won the adidas Golden Ball which is awarded to the best player by the FIFA technical study group.
Ukraine’s Serhii Buletsa and Ecuador’s Gonzalo Plata came second and third respectively.
The adidas Golden Boot was won by Norway’s Erling Haland with nine goals. Ukraine’s Danylo Sikan collected the Silver Boot and Amadou Sagna of Senegal the Bronze. Goalkeeper Andriy Lunin of Ukraine – the Real Madrid starlet who has been on loan at Leganes – collected the adidas Golden Glove.
