ZAGREB: Croatia forward Ivan Perisic will miss the Euro 2020 round of tie clash with Spain in Copenhagen after testing positive for coronavirus.

His absence will be a serious blow for Croatia who rely on his left-wing aggression and eye for goal.

Perisic has been ordered into quarantine for 10 days. He started all three Group D matches, scoring goals both in 1-1 draw against the Czech Republic and the 3-1 victory over Scotland that sent Croatia into the knockout stage.

The Internazionale forward has scored 30 goals in 104 internationals.
